Sewage and septic backups contain harmful contamination, so Advance Restoration Inc. does not offer extraction-only, surface-sanitizing, or incomplete cleanup when contaminated materials would remain in the property.
Reconstruction — including replacing carpet, drywall and finishes — may be postponed. However, contaminated-material removal, structural cleaning and professional drying must be completed properly to leave the property safe and healthy.
Private-pay work requires an approved written scope, signed work authorization, and a deposit before work begins. If the minimum remediation required for a safe and professional result is not authorized, Advance Restoration Inc. may respectfully decline the project.
